Each custom piece is individually designed and handcrafted. Production usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of the engraving or photo. Once completed, your order is packaged and shipped immediately.
Can I wear my personalised jewellery daily, even in water?
Yes. Our pieces are made from 316L stainless steel or 925 silver, which are resistant to tarnishing, water, and sweat. You can wear them daily without worrying about colour changes. However, for gold-plated items, we recommend removing them when showering or swimming to keep the plating perfect for longer.
What type of photo works best for projection or photo jewellery?
Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting work best. Close-up portraits (one or two people) give the most detailed and visible result. Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily filtered images. If your picture needs optimisation, our team enhances it automatically before production.
